Wll it be worth prestiging in MW3?

The main reason I got MW2 was because the campaign was good and I had high hopes for the multiplayer. Sadly, the bad perks was the main reason I got sick of playing online cause they were so unbalanced. I got to 3rd Prest. I think and just got tired of dealing with the constant annoyances online. Is it woth prestiging in their next game? Will there be similair gun camos? Will there still be 10 prestiges? If anyone has any of these answers list them below or point me to a site that gives the most info cause I wanna see if this game is worth getting cause I dont wanna have to deal with the crap like last time.
