MY BOYFRIEND CAME OVER TO UK WITH ARTIFICIAL DOCUMENTS OF MARRIAGE TO GET VISIT VISA.. HELP!?

So just to get this straight: he came here as a visitor, overstayed (illegal), committed a criminal offence and left the UK. His original "marriage " legal or otherwise will have to be legally declared bogus, otherwise your marriage will also be illegal due to false declarations. As an illegal overstayer(and nothing can change that) with a criminal record, he will have to wait TEN years before applying legally to re-enter the UK. He has already also demonstrated his willingness to use false documentation for fraudulent purposes. We really encourage people like that to come to the UK. You should move to his country ?? (or would that defeat the object) ???
