How do I get rid of the "Yahos virus"?

Yesterday I was chatting with a few friends on facebook when I was suddenly logged out and redirected to facebook.com/roadblock. Whenever I try to log back in to my profile, it says my computer was infected with the Yahos virus and to take some steps to get rid of it. After doing some research on the "Yahos virus," all I could find was that the thing it tells you to download is a virus (which was common sense to me). How can I log back in to my account???
