Why do some people believe that the NAZI's lost the Second World War?

Cause they did. Those things you mentioned & the ideas behind them weren't created by Nazi's. They were around a long time before them. In fact it's been said that Hitler praised the United States of America for how it took care of It's "Native American problem". So it could be said that some of the things they did were borrowed from the U.S.
