Is Call of Duty getting worse?

In my opinion, the LAST good Call of Duty game was World at War. MW2 was just an unbalanced, C-rated movie and Black Ops doesn't have the balance it promised. The graphics are out of date and gameplay is standard. The game takes absolutely little to no skill at all to get a good K/D.
