Help! (This might sound like a stupid question)?

For some reason, lately I've lost interest in my hobbies and my likes, and I feel like I don't care about anything I used to, including my pets and stuff. I've been sick lately, and I wanted to know, is this part of the virus? And if so, when will it go away?
