Did I just have the stomach flu or what?

I got drunk like a week ago. Then they day after I felt fine. Then at like 11 pm the next day I had a beer. Then my stomach started hurting & I threw it up. Then I couldn't stop throwing up until the next morning & I had diarhea & all the symptoms of a stomach virus. I just find it weird that it kicked in right after I had a beer. Was it me drinking too much too frequently that caused it? I mean when I had gotton drunk the night before I had went to this guys house and him and his whole family had the stomach flu like a week before we came over and I'm not the only one that kissed him but I'm the only one who got sick.
