Can i still acess my files? Help!?

The user account i usually use has been infected with a virus, at first it didn't let me go to the internet or get into my local system and fix it, but now i cant even log on to the account. i did not make a back up and I still have important documents on the account. The administrator is still working though. I would like to be able to get the documents onto a flash drive before deleting the user account, or taking it into bestbuy
