Best friend wants to be my surrogate?

If she is your surrogate, then I'm sure that it'd be plain enough that you are the legal father by some extents. Did your partner get a say in this? Wouldn't it be easier jut to ask him about it, because I'm sure you weren't the one that came up with the surrogate thing. If you did, then you should've known about this before you suggested it.
