AVG found a win 32/ heur.dropper virus in HP games, what do I do?

Today I ran a scan and AVG found a win 32/ heur.dropper in hp games, I managed to heal a few of them but when I tried to remove the other it said that it was too big of a file. I didnt know what to do so I uninstalled HP games. Should I have done that. Please help?
